Invitation to Workshop: Optimizing the Fishing Industry’s Use of Side Streams

What does it take for the fishing industry to make greater use of side streams and thereby also support the implementation of Greenland’s Self-Sustainability Strategy 2025-2030? Join the workshop, where we will focus on the entire value chain, sustainable biomass production and processing, product development, circular use, upcycling for new uses, how different end products reach customers, and economically sustainable businesses.

As part of the BlueRev partnership, we will present tools, developed with input from the Greenlandic ecosystem, to facilitate work on new value chains. See examples of their use in Greenlandic cases.

Join us to gain insight into your and others’ value chains and contribute to the development of new value chains and collaborations. We hope to see participation from the fishing industry, food producers, food service (restaurants, hotels, public kitchens, etc.), retail, entrepreneurs, organizations involved in local food development, knowledge institutions and anyone else who has valuable input to today’s discussions.
